By the said order, a resolution of the Gaon Sabha dated 11.03.1986, proposing allotment of Patta, has been approved. The fact that the order impugned is as ancient as 39 years old, this Court declines to interfere with the said order on the ground of latches. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
