The petitioner has sought anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 600/2024 of PS DBG Road for offence under Section 316(3) of the BNS. Broadly speaking, allegation of the prosecution is that the complainant de facto Ms. Maya Mukesh booked one scooty for being transported to her residence in Kerala by the present petitioner, but despite having accepted Rs. 4600/- towards transportation charges, the petitioner did not transport the same. 2. As reflected from record, on the very first date before the predecessor bench, the petitioner expressed willingness to return the scooty of the complainant de facto, so the predecessor bench directed the same to be done on 17.01.2025 itself in the Police Station.
