When this matter was taken up by this Court on 16.10.2024, the following order was passed:- “1. Petitioner is defending a recovery suit. 2. She is aggrieved by order dated 26.04.2024 whereby her right to lead evidence has been closed and the case has been fixed for final arguments. 3. When she moved an application under Section 151 CPC seeking to set aside the aforesaid order and to provide her with one more opportunity to lead evidence, her such application has also been dismissed vide order dated 02.08.2024. 4. This Court has gone through the aforesaid orders and it seems that defendant herself is responsible for her miseries as despite grant of opportunities on earlier occasions, she did not avail those.
