The Petitioner has approached this Court under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate upon the disputes which have arisen between the Petitioner and the Respondents under Contract Agreement dated 26.08.2010. 2. Material on record discloses that Respondent No.1 issued a tender for Construction of Dwelling Units Including Allied Services for Officers, Sr. Sailors (MCPO)/Jr. Sailors at Naval Site Goa (Vasco). It is stated that the Petitioner herein submitted its bid for the said tender and the same was Signature Not Verified Digitally Signed ARB.P. 320/2025 Page 1 of 6 By:RAHUL SINGH Signing Date:20.03.2025 19:20:38 accepted for a lump sum amount of Rs.1,15,38,41,717/- and Contract Agreement dated 26.08.2010 was entered into between the Petitioner and the Respondents. It is stated that under the said Contract, the Respondent No.1 herein issued a Work Order to the Petitioner on 06.09.2010 which was to be completed within 25 months, i.e. on or before 05.10.2012.
