This judgment seeks to assess and decide the issue of non-est filing of the petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996 (‘A & C Act’) by the petitioner; therefore, its rejection on account of being delayed 2. The petition was filed for setting aside the Arbitral Award dated 23 rd April 2024. An application under Section 33(1)(a) of the A & C Act was filed for corrections in the award. The corrected award was passed on 8 th
