Petitioner has filed a complaint before the learned State Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, New Delhi, which has been registered as CC No. 922/2018. 2. The sole request in the present petition is to issue direction to learned Commission to adjudicate such complaint as expeditiously as possible. It has also been contended that the complainant (petitioner herein) is a senior citizen in his eighties and is seeking compensation from the Bank as the Bank had lost title deeds of the immovable property of the petitioner which were offered as collateral, while availing some loan from the Bank.
