This petition has been filed by the petitioner, aggrieved by his downgradation in the Central Seniority List prepared for Constable/(BS-TS) by the Border Security Force. 2. It is the case of the petitioner that in the Central Seniority List published on 27.09.2019 for the above post, the petitioner was placed at Serial No.30. In the subsequent Seniority List published on 28.08.2023, he was placed at Serial No.33, and in the latest Central Seniority List published on 09.09.2024, he has been further downgraded to Serial No.49. The petitioner states that although the petitioner has submitted representations seeking reasons for his downgradation, the same have not been responded to by the respondents.
