This Petition seeks an order of this Court declaring the Petitioners born on i GE's no longer a minor and is also married today. Pursuant to order dated 15" July, 1992 in Guardianship Petition No. 85 of 1992 the Petitioner No.1 herein was appointed as guardians of J person. Nikita Gadgil 1/1l 48. IAPL 3503-25 @ JOL 10140-25doc 2. ‘Mr. Raut, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners would submit the earlier 2s in inmate of Bal Anand, World Children Welfare Trust India, receiving and giving shelter and rehabilitating orphaned, abandoned and destitute minors, which offered | guardianship to the Petitioners and as noted above, the Petitioner No. 1 accepted GB and consented to become her guardian, pursuant to the order dated 15" July, 1992. 3. Inthe said order dated 15" July, 1992, it had been undertaken by the Petitioner No. 1 that he would adopt IJ in the event of any law being passed permitting Christians to adopt, as at that time it was widely believed that Christianity did not permit adoption. 4.
