THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.SRINIVAS M.A.C.M.A.No.57 of 2022 JUDGMENT: This appeal is filed by the Appellant/Respondent No.1 against the order dated 06.09.2019 in M.V.O.P.No.28 of 2016 passed by the learned Chairman, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal-cum-X Additional District Judge, Gurazala, wherein the learned Judge has partly allowed the M.V.O.P with proportionate costs in favour of the petitioner against the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 by awarding compensation amount of Rs.1,66,624/- with interest at 8% p.a. from the date of filing of the petition till the date of realization. 2. Heard Sri S. Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for Appellant/APSRTC and Sri K. Siva Prasad, learned counsel for the respondents. 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri S. Venkateswarlu, learned Standing Counsel for Appellant/APSRTC appeared and submits that the matter is settled out of Court and hence the Appellant/Respondent No.1 intends to withdraw this case and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal. 4.
