The appellant is the insurer of the Tractor-cum-Trailer bearing Nos.AP 31TC 0114 and AP 31CJ 5539 (hereinafter referred to as “crime vehicle”). The respondent Nos.1 to 5 herein, 2 who are wife, children and parents of one Alla Paradesi Naidu (hereinafter called as ‘deceased’), are the claimants before the Tribunal. The respondent Nos.6 and 7 are the driver and owner of the said crime vehicle. 3. For the sake of c
