The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner contending that the proceedings be initiated against the office of the Official Liquidator/Official Liquidator for violation of the order dated 10.07.2024 passed by the Court in CO. APPL.611/2024. 2. Notice was issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.02.2025 when the learned Standing Counsel for OL sought time to take instructions. 3.
