The present Petition has been filed by the Petitioner contending that the proceedings be initiated against the office of the Official Liquidator/Official Liquidator for violation of the order dated 10.07.2024 passed by the Court in CO. APPL.611/2024. 2. Notice was issued by the Coordinate Bench of this Court on 12.02.2025 when the learned Standing Counsel for OL sought time to take instructions. 3. Learned Counsel for OL has returned with instructions and submits that the prayers in the present Petition are essentially for directions qua the claim of the Petitioner which has been filed before the office of the OL on 19.07.2024. 3.1 Learned Counsel for OL submits that there is no wilful disobedience of the orders of this Court, the claim as filed by the Petitioner is being processed. It is further contended, on instructions, that the claim is in the process of verification.
