The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Acts, 19711, read with Section 215 of the Constitution of India, 1951, has been preferred by the petitioner alleging that the respondent, who is an official of the Delhi Development Authority 2, has committed contempt of the order/directions dated 31.05.2022 in W.P.(C) 7412/2014, passed by this Court. FACTUAL BACKGROUND: 2. Shorn of unnecessary details, the petitioner herein is a partnership firm and Sh. Rajeev Arora is one of the partners of the said firm.
