This writ petition is directed against order dated 27 February 2025 passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal1 in OA 45/20252. By the impugned order, the AFT has rejected the petitioner’s prayer for stay of his discharge from the services of the Defence Security Corps3, consequent on discharge order dated 13 December 2024.
