The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner impugning the order dated 27.05.2024 [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”] passed by the learned SCJ-cum-RC, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi. By the Impugned Order, the Application filed by the Petitioner under Order VII Rule 11(d) of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC) for rejection of the Petition has been dismissed. 4.
