No.264 of 2013 on the file of the Judge, Family Court–cum–VI Additional District Judge, Nellore. 2. I.A. No.1 of 2023 is filed seeking to record the compromise entered into between the petitioner and the respondent as per the terms of compromise filed before the Hon’ble Lok Adalath, SPSR Nellore and the Award dated 29.7.2021 and consequently to grant decree of divorce by 2 FCA_255_2018 dissolving the marriage between the petitioner and the respondent performed o
