A suit was filed by respondent No.1 Dr. Sreenivas Madireddy and, according to petitioner, who is defendant No.1 in such suit, the learned Trial Court suo moto rejected the abovesaid suit on 18.03.2023. 2. Feeling aggrieved, the plaintiff filed an appeal which was registered as RCA DJ No.52/2023. Though, the petitioner herein i.e. Dr. Subhash Vijayran is one of the respondents in the abovesaid appeal, the limited request made by him is to the effect that the learned First Appellate Court may be requested to decide the abovesaid appeal as expeditiously as possible. He submits that the appeal was filed in the year 2023 and is still pending adjudication. 3. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 (defendant No.2 before the learned Trial Court) appears on advance notice. 4. However, there is no representation from the side of respondent No.1/plaintiff. 5.
