It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the suit in O.S.No.326 of 2017 was dismissed without costs on 17.08.2022 on the file of the learned II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Nandyal. Hence, the present Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
