It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that by virtue of dismissal of the aforesaid suit, the cause in the revision does not survive and the revision has become infructuous. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _____
