P SRI RAM This Court made the following: 2 ORDER: Assailing the order dated 23.02.2021 passed by the II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Adoni, in I.A.No.27 of 2021 in O.S.No.251 of 2012 dismissing the said application, the petitioner therein preferred the instant civil revision petition. It is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel on either side that by virtue of dismissal of the aforesaid suit, the cause in the revision does not survive and the revision has become infructuous. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
