By an order dated 31.07.2019, the Executing Court has directed the arrest and detention of the Judgment Debtor. Aggrieved by the same, this Civil Revision Petition has been preferred by the Judgment Debtor. 4. The case status of the Court below concerning E.P.No.57 of 2018 shows that at the behest of both parties, the matter was referred to Lok Adalat and accordingly an award was passed on 14.12.2019, thus nothing survives for consideration. 5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
