The petitioners herein filed I.A.No.583 of 2019, under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, for comparison of the admitted signatures of the defendants with the disputed signatures on Ex. A-1. This application, for sending the documents to the State Forensic Laboratory at Vijayawada, was 2 RRR, J C.R.P.No.128 of 2025 allowed.
