This application was dismissed, on 02.12.2024. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the above Civil Revision Petition. This Civil Revision Petition was allowed by this Court, on 07.03.2025. By virtue of the Order of this Court, dated 07.03.2025, the petitioner has been permitted to examine himself as a witness. The petitioner has now filed the present application contending that by virtue of the Order of this Court, he would normally be entitled to examine other witnesses on his behalf and to mark the documents to such witnesses.
