PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following: ORDER: Sri Ch.Ganesh, learned counsel representing Sri Pamarthi Kameswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the revision has become infructuous inasmuch as the O.P.No.543 of 2008, itself was disposed of by the learned Trial Court. 2. In the revision, the order dated 19.03.2009, passed in M.P.No.207 of 2008, on the file of the learned Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam, whereby, the petition was allowed by granting interim maintenance to the petitioner Nos.1 & 2, was challenged. Therefore, in view of the disposal of O.P.No.543 of 2008, by the learned Trial Court, the Criminal Revision Case has become infructuous. 3. Ac
