The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as Accused No.6 in Crime No.119 of 2024, on the file of Muthukur Police Station, for the alleged offence under Section 303(6) and 319(2) of the BNS. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is related to the de facto complainant and that he informed the de facto complainant about the property that is for sale and took the de facto complainant to the said place where the others were awaiting. Upon seeing the de facto complainant, the accused snatched away the bag containing Rs.50,00,000/- and left in a bolera vehicle.
