This criminal petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, is filed by the petitioner-accused No. 6 seeking to release him on bail in the event of arrest in crime No. 555 of 2024 of Ongole Taluk Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 379 and 120-B read with Section 34 IPC. 3.
