The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as accused in Crime No.19 of 2025 on the file of the Taluq Police Station, Nandyal Taluk, Nandyal District, for the alleged offence under sections 316(5), 318(4), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel further submits that, admittedly, there are certain civil disputes between the petitioner and the 2ndrespondent. The 2ndrespondent has alleged that
