The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as accused in C.C. No.1855 of 2023 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada, for the alleged offence under Section 324 of the Indian penal Code, 1860. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is the brother-in-law of the 2nd respondent and that on account of marital disputes, the petitioner was falsely implicated in C.C. No.1855 of 2023
