Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner was arraigned as A.1 in Crime No.94 of 2025 of Bapatla Town Police Station, Bapatla District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 61(2), 196(1), 353(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000-2008. 3.
