THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.3006 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner was arraigned as A.3 in Crime No.39 of 2025 of Kadiri Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 318(4), 338, 340(2) read with Section 3(5) of the BharatiyaNyayaSanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a document writer and that the civil dispute between the 2 nd respondent and the other accused has been converted into the criminal complaint and that the role of the petitioner is only to prepare a document on the instructions of the vendor who approached him. 4. Considering the same, the Station House Officer, Kadiri Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District, shall complete the investigation in Crime No.39 of 2025 without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. This would not preclude the investigation officer to file charge sheet or final report. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6.
