The petitioner was arraigned as A.1 in Crime No.7 of 2025 of Sri City Police Station, Tirupati District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 329(3), 115(2), 351(2) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, along with other accused, initially lodged a complaint against the 2ndrespondent.
