THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.2835 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.2 to A.4 in Crime No.44 of 2025 of Sarpavaram Police Station, Kakinada, registered for the offence under Section 318(4) read with Section 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioners are the only employees of A.1’s company, and the 2nd respondent addressed a legal notice to A.1’s company. A reply was also issued by the company. However, the employees of the company were arraigned as accused while they were discharging their duty. 4. Considering the same, this Court is inclined to dispose of the criminal petition by directing the Station House Officer, Sarpavaram Police Station, Kakinada, to expedite the investigation in Crime No.44 of 2025 without taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the criminal petition is disposed off. 6. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH. N Dt.18.03.2025 BV
