THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.2829 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.2 in Crime No.405 of 2021 of Vedayapalem Police Station, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 406, 408, 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is not involved in the commission of the said offences and that he was implicated falsely in the case. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner worked as Sales Officer in two wheeler loans in Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Company, Nellore. It is further submitted that the petitioner joined as Sales Manager in the 3rd respondent company and resigned on 12.08.2021. It is alleged that the petitioner and three employees collected EMI amount worth Rs.95,030/- from nine customers and repossessed 25 vehicles worth Rs.16,16,468/-. It is also submitted that the petitioner secured anticipatory bail in the case. 4.
