The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.1 in Crime No.32 of 2025 of Darsi Police Station, Prakasam District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 329(4), 132, 308(2), 351(3) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner’s wife was running a fair price shop. On 29.01.2025, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Darsi Mandal, Prakasam District, issued proceedings cancelling the authorization of the fair price shop operated by the petitioner’s wife. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed W.P. No. 3309 of 2025, and this Court allowed the writ petition, setting aside the impugned proceedings. Subsequently, on 08.03.2025, the Revenue Divisional Officer issued proceedings restoring the fair price shop of the petitioner’s wife. 4.
