The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as accused in Crime No.143 of 2024 of Nadendla Police Station, Palnadu District, registered for the alleged offence under Sections 61(2), 353, 196 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, Section 67-A of the Information Technology Act, 2000-2008 based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent. 3. The learned counsel further submits that, as per the allegations in the complaint, the alleged offences were attributed to one Peddireddy Sudharani, who alleged to have posted comments on the social media platform, i.e., Facebook, regarding the politician and their family members. It is further submitted that the petitioner is entirely unconnected to the allegations in the present complaint and has been implicated solely based on the confession of the co- accused. 4.
