THE HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N CRIMINAL PETITION No.2658 OF 2025 ORDER: 1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were arraigned as A.1 and A.2 in Crime No.162 of 2024 of Nagarampalem Police Station, Guntur District, registered for the alleged offences under Sections 341, 323, 506, 509 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 based on the complaint of the 2nd respondent. 3. It is submitted that the 2nd respondent is in the habit of filing complaints against the petitioners and his family members, including their children, who are the students. It is submitted that there were civil disputes between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent’s family and that the 1stpetitioner has filed a suit in O.S. No.124 of 2024 against the 2nd respondent, and the same is pending adjudication. On account of civil disputes, the 2nd respondent has filed several complaints. 4. The learned counsel further submits that the offences alleged against the petitioners are punishable below 7 years and, therefore, seeks a direction to the police to follow the procedure provided under Section 35(3) of the Bharatiya Naga
