This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A.1 in Crime No.51 of 2025 of Sakhinetipalli Police Station, Dr.B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District, registered against the petitioner, for the alleged offence under Sections 308(2), 329(4), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the founder of the Peddintlamma Ammavaaru temple, located in Kesavadasupalem Village, Sakhinetipalli Mandal. The 2 ndrespondent has filed a false complaint against the petitioner, alleging that the petitioner resisted the interference of third parties in the affairs of the temple. 4.
