PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: This Criminal Petition, under Sections 480 and 483 of the BNSS, has been filed by the petitioner herein, seeking regular bail, in Crime No.73 of 2024 of Moothugudem Police Station, Alluri Sitharama Raju District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 111(2)(b) of the BNS and Section 20(b)(ii)(C) read with 8(c) of the NDPS, Act. 2. Brief facts of the case are that, on 16.10.2024, the Sub Inspector of police along with his staff and mediators rushed to Daralamma Thalli Temple, Outskirts of Polluru Village, and caught the accused in possession of 2kgs of Liquid Ganja. The contraband along with other material was seized under the cover of mediators report. 3
