PUBLIC PROSECUTOR HN, J 2 Crl.P.No.2469_2025 The Court made the following Order: The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is arraigned as an accused in FIR No.35 of 2025, on the file of Korukonda Police Station, East Godavari District, for the alleged offence under Sections 316(2), 318(4) read with 3(5) of the BNS. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is an employee working in the ICDS project as a Senior Assistant. It is also submitted that the petitioner is the president of the Andhra Pradesh Employees of Women and Child Welfare Department Association. It is submitted that the de facto complainant has filed the previous cases against the petitioner. 3. Be
