The Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is filed on behalf of the petitioner/accused No.1 to grant anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.35 of 2025 of Machavaram Police Station, Vijayawada District. 2. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition with a liberty to file anticipatory bail application before the trial court. 3. Submission is placed on record. 4. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to file an application seeking anticipatory bail, before the trial court. The Jurisdictional Judge is directed to dispose of the same on the same day, on merits, strictly in accordance with law.
