A case has been registered against the petitioners herein and others for the offence punishable under Section 109(1) read with 3(5) of the BNS. 3. Case of the prosecution, in brief, is that this is a case of attempt to murder and illegal possession and transportation of 68.6 Kgs of Ganja that occurred on the intervening night of 2 31.12.2024/01.01.2025 at NH-16 road near Toll Plaza, NHAI, Krishnavaram Village, Kirlampudi Mandal. 4.
