SREENIVASA REDDY Criminal Petition No.2248 of 2025 Order: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner herein/A1, seeking anticipatory bail, in connection with Crime No.244 of 2024 of Tanuku Town Police Station, West Godavari district, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 420, 354, 506 and 509 read with 34 IPC. 2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition and the matter has become infructuous. 3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
