PUBLIC PROSECUTOR The Court made the following Order: The petitioners are arraigned as Accused Nos.1 to 5 in Crime No.289 of 2024 of Phirangipuram Police Station, Guntur District. The petitioners are alleged to have committed offences under Sections 115(2), 351(2), 79 read with 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNS’). 2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complaint was filed in view of the political rivalry in the village and that the petitioners are falsely implicated by the de facto complainant. It is also submitted that the petitioner No.2 gave a 2 report to the police on 25.12.2024; however, the police registered the case on 31.12.2024 as FIR No.301 of 2024
