This criminal petition is filed under section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 [for short ‘B.N.S.S.’] seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.670 of 2024 on the file of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Amalapuram. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was arraigned as A.2 in C.C.
