The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in Crime No.240 of 2022 on 09.01.2023. The learned II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kadapa at Proddatur, directed the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Mydukur, within 15 days from the date of the order.
