SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1847 of 2025 ORDER: As per the directions of My Lord the Hon’ble the Chief Justice, this Criminal Petition has been allotted to this Bench by notice dated 25.3.2025 and the same is treated as part of the roster effective from 26.3.3025. 2. This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNSS’), is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.1, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.20 of 2025 of I Town U/G Police Station, Kadapa, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 61 (2), 318 (4), 316 (2), 316 (5), 336(3), 340 r/w 3(5) of Bharatiya Nagarika Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’). 3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already filed a petition seeking to quash the proceedings relating to this Crime and this Court has passed interim order granting stay of all further proceedings, as such he states that no orders are required to be passed in the present case. 2 4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Petition is closed as no orders need be passed. _________
