SURESH REDDY CRIMINAL PETITION No. 1836 of 2025 ORDER: As per the directions of My Lord the Hon’ble the Chief Justice, this Criminal Petition has been allotted to this Bench by notice dated 25.3.2025 and the same is treated as part of the roster effective from 26.3.3025. 2. This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘the BNSS’), is filed by the petitioner/Accused No.2, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.05 of 2025 of Nagari Urban Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 109(1), 49, 126(2) r/w 3 (5) of Bharatiya Nagarika Sanhitha, 2023 (for short ‘the BNS’). 3. The case of the prosecution is that on the evening of 02.1.2025, A1 along with other accused attacked the husband of the de facto complainant and caused injuries to him. It is further alleged that the incident took place at the instance of A2 who is the petitioner herein.
