OFFICE DATE ORDER No. NOTE 7. 02.05.2025 KSR, J I.A.No.1 of 2025 The present application is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time granted by this Court in Crl.P.No.1289/2025 by order dated 28.03.2025. By virtue of the said order, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. The petitioner was directed to surrender before the Station House Officer (S.H.O.), Hindupur II Town Police Station, Ananthapur District, on or before 10.04.2025, and on such surrender, the said S.H.O. is directed to release the petitioner on bail on his executing a personal bond for Rs.25,000/- with two sureties for the like sum each to the satisfaction of the S.H.O., Hindupur II Town Police Station, Ananthapur District. The present application is filed by the petitioner seeking extension of time stating that he received copy of the order only on 09.04.2025 though order was passed on 28.03.2025. 2 In view of the above reasons, time granted by this Court vide order dated 28.03.2025 in Crl.P.No.1289/2025 is hereby extended till 12.05.2025. ________________ K.SURESH
