Yadav, learned counsel for the informant. 2. Present matter was taken up on 07.06.2024 and on the said date, following interim order was accorded in favour of the petitioners:- "1. Submission is, the parties are adults and were in consensual relationship. Merely for other disputes and reasons, present F.I.R. has been lodged. At the same time, hope has been expressed in mediation by learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. Shri Dileep Kumar Yadav appearing for respondent No.4-informant has also expressed hope in mediation. 3. In such circumstance, for effective mediation, the petitioner no.1 may deposit a sum of Rs. 30,000/- with the Mediation Centre on or before 30.06.2024.
