The present writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 16.11.2023 registered as Case Crime No.0373 of 2023 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506, 313 IPC and Section 3/4 D.P.C. Act, 1961, Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioners in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A.-I, on the instructions, states that chargesheet is already submitted before the competent court.
