The present writ petition has been preferred with prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 03.04.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 96 of 2024, under Sections 363, 504 IPC, P.S. Shahi, District-Bareilly and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 3. The writ petition was entertained by the coordinate Bench on 30.4.2024 and interim protection was accorded to the petitioners with a direction to the C.J.M. concerned to get the ossification test of the petitioner no. 1 (victim) conducted through C.M.O by panel of three doctors and also get the statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. In response thereof, ossification test report as well as statement of victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
